The Byron Woolacombe Complex is a stunning collection of self-catering, individually owned, private apartments with access to year-round communal leisure facilities. So even if the sun doesn’t make an appearance, you’ll never be short of activities to enjoy!
The on-site team at the Leisure Suite Facilities Help Desk are here to assist during your stay and the Leisure Facilities are open daily from 9am to 5pm for Resident and Guest use only. During peak weeks the facilities are open from 8am to 6pm subject to change.

Guests are required to pre-book a timeslot for the swimming pool, gym and electric charging pods from 14 days before arrival, details are provided below and within your pre- arrival welcome email.
Please ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times when using the onsite facilities and wider communal areas.
In the pursuit of fairness slot are limited during busy periods. You can be added to the waiting list for further slots to the pool on request but this is not guaranteed.
Please note that if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment massage therapy bookings receive a 50% refund only. All cancellations must be requested via email for a refund to be processed (guest@byronwoolacombe.co.uk) . Refund's can take up to 72 hours to process.
As per section 11 of Byrons booking terms and conditions, all facilities offered to guests at Byron are subject to availability and in accordance with booking procedures on the online booking forms. We operate a “first come-first served” policy so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book a particular facility/activity for a specific time or at all. Booking policies have been introduced to endeavour for fairness to all with use of the facilities. During off-peak periods access to some facilities may be reduced or restricted and in peak periods access to indoor pool slots may be limited. Our safety information and any special conditions we make known to you apply to any facilities you book and must be complied with. These will be detailed on our website when booking the facilities.
We will not pay compensation where facilities are unavailable or fully booked, both at long or short notice.
